Named after captain Nate's first granddaughter, she's a 37' force built on The Big Island of Hawaii as a commercial fishing vessel. Converted in 2018 for the charter industry, she's roomy, comfortable and dry!
Eating your fresh cash is a great an ono (delicious) way to end and adventurous day of fishing. We are delighted to provide each paying customer with enough of the catch for one or two meals.
On shared charters, the catch is shared between the four to six passengers. The amount of fish divided up among guests is dependent on the total amount of fish caught during the charter. Guests on one of our private charters are also provided with enough fish for one to two meals.
Unfortunately, we do not ship any of our caught fish to the mainland. We also highly discourage freezing your catch and keeping it refrigerated longer than three days. The fish we catch are delicate and have a short shelf-life relative to other fish types, which become very “fishy” in taste if not consumed within the first couple of days.
Our customers always come first; in the State of Hawaii the catch from sport fishing can be sold to restaurants, fish markets and wholesalers. Any extra fish that has not been shared with paying guests will be distributed in this manner. We also share extra catch with churches and friends and family in our community.
